i really enjoyed my stay. the staff was lovely. i found the onsen relaxing after a long day. the familymart downstairs was super convenient for snacks.
there was a strange odour in the room during my entire stay. i could also smell it in the corridor. the smell gave me a headache. i asked to change the room, but the second room had a similar odour.

i really liked that the hotel is so close to the ginza line. it made getting to shibuya and shinjuku easy. the staff helped forward our luggage to osaka, i found this very helpful. the laundry machines were inexpensive, i thought that was convenient.
there was a slightly odd odour in the corridor and in my room during my entire stay.
