i really enjoyed my stay. the staff was lovely. i found the onsen relaxing after a long day. the familymart downstairs was super convenient for snacks.
there was a strange odour in the room during my entire stay. i could also smell it in the corridor. the smell gave me a headache. i asked to change the room, but the second room had a similar odour.

i really liked that the hotel is so close to the ginza line. it made getting to shibuya and shinjuku easy. the staff helped forward our luggage to osaka, i found this very helpful. the laundry machines were inexpensive, i thought that was convenient.
there was a slightly odd odour in the corridor and in my room during my entire stay.

the hotel has a public bath with separate areas for men and women. i found it nice to relax there after a long day. there is also a smoking room available and a convenience store downstairs too.

the staff were friendly and efficient. the location was convenient since it was close to the subway. it made transportation easier and exploring was quick.
there was a strong smell of body odour in the first room i entered. i requested a change and the second room also had the same odour. it was slightly less strong though.
